There will be no regular classes on Thursday, February 1. Instead we will have a special work out with Sr. Master Lee just for our students and the students of the Englewood school. The agenda and times are below.
There is a whole region work out the next night as well, try and make one or the other.
February 4th: Tournament at the Marriott, Hampden and I-25…sign up now at front desk, everyone can come and compete. No classes this day.
February 9th : Sparring at our school, occurs the second Friday each month, special time this month is 6:00-7:00 since we have the ACT program that night. Those with gear and permission can attend, it is a great work out, you learn so much in one hour, make a point to attend each month
February 9th: ACT Self defense…7-9:30. Only 13 and older, our best program ever. Learn critical self defense skills and strategies, while having fun and getting a work out. Only $39.00 to our students…but sign up now since space is limited. See full details below.

6:00 PM – 6:45 PM Teen and Adults (Color Belts)
7:00 PM – 7:45 PM Black Belts - All Ages
Please make every attempt to make the work out that is planned for your age group. Black Belt K4K students are welcome to attend the Karate for Kids (Color Belts) work out if the Black Belt work out is too late for them. Please let me know if you have any questions. This is a rare opportunity to work out with one of the brothers of the founder of the American Taekwondo Association. Please make every effort to take advantage of this opportunity.

A.C.T. was developed to bring you the very best personal protection program available. Your training will include dealing with adrenal stress, Israeli Military protection techniques, fending off rapists and other attackers, protecting yourself against guns and knifes, protecting your family if they are threatened, and so much more. This class will provide a great aerobic workout, so come prepared to sweat! Uniforms and belts are not required. Wear comfortable clothing (sweats and long pants are highly recommended) and a good pair of tennis shoes with clean soles.
